Christmas Trees

Hello and welcome to my blog
Todays card features a very old stamp from Stamp It titled Aussie Christmas Tree
This works just as well for a New Zealand Christmas, as we are well into summer here! I have used it numerous times as it is such a fun stamp.
I have stamped onto kraft card and embossed with white detail ep.I coloured with my Gelly Roll pens so that the designs stand out well

Traditional colours

Hello and welcome
Today's card features a very cute Christmas stamp that I have mislaid the packaging so I am not sure who it is by. I have coloured it with copics and promarkers and cut out with a Stamplorations die. Then layered onto a piece of Christmas DP and layered all onto a dark green base card

Great Coffee

Hello and welcome to my blog
Todays card was made to join in with the coffee lovers hop.
I used a kraft base layered with red diecut with my new Sizzix die. The mug is a digi which I coloured with copics, and I printed the quote onto some scraps

3 balloons

Hello and welcome to my blog.
Today's card features a bird from one of my favourite sets - Tim Holtz's bird crazy. I printed the sentiment from  my computer and stamped the bird direct to the card, and again on a seperate scrap. I have used Promarkers to colour - buttercup and arctic blue. The balloons are punched, again from scraps, and he is holding them tucked under his wing. I have cased this card from one I saw on Pinterest, but forgot to take details of the designer, sorry.

'gold'

Hello and welcome to my blog.
Today's card features one of my favourite stamps from Paper Artsy. I have stamped it onto a dp using wilted violet distress ink. I stamped the butterfly part again on an extra piece and went over the outlines with my glue pen. I then laid gold leaf over and rubbed it in. After cutting it out I attached it with a glue dot in the centre. The sentiment is from a set by Lawn Fawn embossed in bright gold. The butterfly looks beautiful IRL, but my scan does not show it up well. Edited to add a photo which shows the gold better

'add a sticker'

Hi everyone.
Today's card is my entry for Southern Girls Challenge 'stuck on you'
I have used a piece of dp on my card front and added a strip of another down the left side. On this I layed a sheer ribbon which I gathered and stitched on.  The main picture is a sticker which I have attached to card and stitched around also. Finished off with a couple of matching buttons

Here is that 'catitude' cat again, this time stamped on a bright yellow background and cut out with a scalloped rectangle die. I added the sentiment at the bottom on the same paper
