It's your Birthday

I hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas with lots of crafty gifts

Today's card uses a Happy Hoppers stamp HHCW01, it does not have a name.

I stamped directly onto my card base and again on a scrap of yellow card. After colouring the dots with an orange marker, I fussy cut the kite and the tail ties and glued them to the image. I don't know who the sentiment image is by, as I won it in a parcel of crafty goodies from Chris Dayton

I drew some sketchy lines around the edge to finish off

Vintage Christmas

Another Christmas card today

I love this stamp and have used it a number of times, It is by Stampendous and is called 'Snowy Postcard'

I stamped onto some kraft card and again onto an off-white scrap, which I fussy cut and adhered to the kraft piece. After colouring the holly I added some glitter as well

Merry Christmas (again)

Another bright and cheerful card for you today

I have used some scraps of designer paper from a MME 6x6 pad called metallics

The design layout is this month's sketch from BYSHCardmakers

I have added a sweet little felt Santa attached to a diecut stitched circle, and a peeloff which I coloured red to match

Trees in the snow

Welcome back.

Another CAS Christmas card. I raided my scrap box and diecut a wavy shape to represent snow. I then embossed with an un-named Sizzix EF, edged with a green Copic marker, and attached to my card front. The trees were cut from some scraps of Designer papers. I also cut 2 tiny snowflakes and coloured them olive green to match the trees. These wee snowflakes are a favourite to use on my Christmas cards, as they add just a little bit extra to the design. Pearls were added for a finishing touch

The sentiment is from a set by Colorado Craft Company called Christmas Tree Cat, which I stamped with Memento Olive Grove

Let your feet wander

Today's card was an amazing experience for me. I followed a tutorial by Jolande van Oosterhout and her instructions were so good. Mixed media is something I would like to get into so this was a great start.

I used tissue paper, gesso, pencil (trees and moon) watercolour pencils and stamp set from Tim Holtz (birds) and the sentiment I think is from Unity

Monkey Business

Today's card features a cheeky monkey from a set that was in a lovely prize that I won recently on FB

I found an idea online and roughly followed the design. I used some DP as a background, the monkey and bananas were stamped on a scrap and diecut with the matching dies I found a piece of very thin cork in my scrap box, and added that as well
