My card today follows the sketch from Catch the Bug

I created the background by stamping Hero Arts 'old french writing' on an angle. repeating 3 times to cover the whole card

I stamped onto a piece of dp with my stamp using Brilliance 'Lightning Black' I have lost the maker of this stamp so if anyone knows it, I would love to know too. The strip across the top is washi cut down in width, and the key is diecut from card that has a gold inner. After a light sanding, the gold shows up beautifully

Butterfly Repeat

Hello and welcome

Today's card uses a very old Hero Arts stamp C4783 Multi-Pattern Butterfly. It is possibly about 10 years old. I stamped it 3 times on a scrap of white card and again on white paper using some jade ink and clear embossing for the added layer. I then attached it to some DP(Lawn Fawn - watercolour wishes) and edged with silver peeloffs and a birthday peeloff as well. The butterfly bodies have been embellished with clear gems

Snowy Christmas

Hello all
Another one for my Christmas card box.
I have followed the sketch from BYSH Cardmakers. My scrap of reindeer DP was not big enough to use as a base, so I attached it to the top and bottom after rounding the corners. The gap in the middle is covered with white card layered onto black. I stamped the 'Snowy' from the Penny Black 'Holly Jolly' set onto a white stitched circle, layered onto a scalloped circle in black and attached to the strip. The sentiment is a peeloff which I coloured black Promarkers used were Antique Pink and Azure. I also added a little pom pom onto his hat

Summertime!

Welcome back, so nice to have you here
I have made another card using the ephemera that Crystal sent me. All the pieces are so colourful, and this certainly reminds me of summer, even though we are mid-winter here! I used two of the patterned pieces for the background, then layered the image with a scrap of black card, and added a matching button for extra interest

Dandelion Wishes

Welcome

Today's card is made from 'smooshing' colour onto an embossing folder and then running it through my cuttlebug. I used faded jeans, mermaid lagoon, cracked pistachio, distress ink and forest moss dox.

The folder is from a free set from a magazine that I was given, and also has stamps that are in the same theme. I used one of the butterflies to stamp on vellum, emboss with detail white ep and fussy cut. I also stamped the message from another set onto vellum and tore it into a strip which I attached with Art Glitter Glue
