Today's card features a pre-printed image from Stamplorations.

I embossed the pale pink background with 'Tied together' EF by Couture Creations, added a diagonal white strip, offset the image with a piece of blue card, then added some sequins to finish. The sentiment is an old pre-printed one I think it could possibly be from Card Creations

Hi everyone,

I have made a tag for the current challenge at Tag Along

I trimmed down a background that I found in my 'playing' box, it has white gesso and 'sploshed' DI. 

I rounded the corners to make a tag shape.

I stamped the bird which is from a set by Stampin Up called asian artistry.

I then added some random stamping in DI wilted violet with a set from Paper Artsy -"Gentlemen plate 4'

I added a number 8 as that is a lucky number for Asians, and also stapled a fancy bow to the top

Hello all

My card today uses a stamp set from Sullivans.net which I have had for a number of years. I cannot see it on their website, so I assume that they have stopped making stamps

I coloured it with the following markers

Promarkers - cinnamon and cornflower

Copics - olive, burnt umber and baby skin pink

I used mounting tape to raise the image up from the base kraft card

Today's card uses a Cherry Blossoms stamp from 'Flourishes' which I have had for quite some time, but now cannot find any info on the company

I partially stamped it twice with Memento 'gray flannel' and coloured with the following markers

This time I have stamped with the special glue and then used silver leaf on black card.

I then layered onto a pale gray card which has a very faint sparkle and added a printed sentiment

Hi fellow crafters

Today's card is one of the six I have made for my fellow volunteers.

I embossed the front of the card with a Christmas themed embossing folder (free with a magazine)and then attached the tag which I had printed and edged with ink. I have added some red Kindy Glitz to the berries for some sparkle

This time I stamped in black and embossed with clear EP.

I drew 2 lines across and filled in with some orange flowers and also coloured the main flower in orange Copic marker

Autumn Beauty

 

Another card made with the 'Lovely as a tree' stamp from Stampin Up.

This time I have used a technique on watercolour card, by colouring the stamp with 2 colours of Memento inks and using Marvy markers for the trunks and the grass, then spritzing the stamp several times with a fine mist of water, and then stamping. It gives a lovely effect IRL.

 (The marks on the card are from my scanner, I need to figure out how to clean it!)

Using up a paper pad of images (sorry can't recall the brand) I diecut the image and layered onto a red card base with a line of washi tape down the left side

Hello everyone. 

It is nearly a month since I have made a card as I have been in hospital twice with a very bad dose of influenza A plus another virus. It is taking such a long time to get over it - any suggestions welcome!

I recently bought this Stampin Up set 'lovely as a tree' from a fellow Kiwi who was destashing. I have always loved this set, so was thrilled to get it. I made a couple of swipes in the background using broken china and evergreen bough DI's, then stamped the trees with Versafine onyx black. The sentiment is an old one from Hero Arts. I have edged with a black marker and attached to a toning card base.

I stamped with Versamark on a blue/teal card and embossed with white detail EP

I used Dimensional Magic to highlight the flower and also added microbeads to the centre.

A stamp from Paper Artsy was used on the background.

I have stamped my Lucy's stamps (1998-2005) Chimney Santa image with Versafine Onyx black and embossed with detail clear EP

Another very old stamp again today, this one is a New Zealand Company - Rubbadubbadoo (2005)

This is the flower of the Pohutakawa tree which flowers profusely at Christmas time, and is often called the New Zealand Christmas Tree. I have added some red Kindyglitz to the ends of the flowers and added a Christmas sentiment edged in red
