Quick Post

I have made a little wall hanging from a coaster. The background is painted with Fresco Nougat and the dabbed with picket fence stain. I stamped the words on a scrap of card and cut them out and edged with walnut stain DI. The flourish is an old stamp (unknown brand) and the little butterfly is coloured orange and then gone over with Wink of Stella pen. I have then added glass fragments to the edge.

What a good idea Glennis and the edging really sets it off.

great reminder that sometimes we just need to be creative, play and leave the work for another day. Like the glassbeads a lot.

Charming hanging! I have been considering whether to buy glass fragments for a while and they do look great.
