....after a long absence - life got in the way of my crafting time.
This card uses up some scraps from my 'snippets' box. The strip was an experiment with 2 colours of paint and 'smooshing' 2 pieces of card together. I rather like the effect it gives. The flower image is stamped twice, with the main flower trimmed and layered to give a 3d effect. I have used copics and promarkers to colour it.

Yes, it has been a long time! Welcome back! Gorgeous card! The smooshed strip is so pretty, as is the flower!
Had to pop over and take a look at this beauty Glennis and nice to see you back.
I too have been a little absent, but fingers crossed I am getting back into the swing of things.
Hope you have a good weekend.

Hi Glennis! How lovely to see you playing with us again. Beautiful card - I love the smooshed background and the flower is absolutely glorious! Thinking about it, it reminds me of Morning Glory :)
