I have made it for Max's 17th birthday using various papers from my stash. The 2 smaller letters are embossed with my cuttlebug.
The idea was given to me by the lovely Sara from Cardmaking Paradise -(see the links on my sidebar) check out all her wonderful templates!

This is fab for a guy - young or old although maybe leave the age off after a certain age Lol!
