Spring Summer coffee lovers

Hi everyone, I have been away, so had to make a card quickly this evening for this fabulous hop.

I stamped the background using a very old un-named stamp and expresso ink pad.

I then added a strip of washi, and my lovely Stamplorations sticker which I attached to some kraft card

pillow box

 hi everyone

Today's project is not a card, but a pillow box that I cut out on my Cameo Silhouette, using some Coredinations card that I have been hoarding for many years. I used a funky flower embossing folder on the front and sanded to expose the underlying colour.

The flower is a Dreaming Tree design that I cut using scraps from my never shrinking scrap box, and the stamens are made with a punch

Shadow stamping

My first attempt at this technique after watching a video by Natasha Foote, a fellow kiwi

I used a very old pink stamp pad and part of a set by Rubber Dance (round in circles) to stamp directly onto my base card

Then I used versamark and  a cherry blossom stamp from a Flourishes set, and then shifted the stamp slightly and stamped with a white  ink pad. The sentiment is stamped onto velum, trimmed and wrapped around, and I also added some white highlights with a white Sharpie pen

shabby chic

Hi everyone and welcome back

Today's card was made using a scrap of a pretty designer paper (unknown) with a torn edge that I sponged with walnut stain DI. I attached the picture and added a pink sponged butterfly, a matching flower, gold peeloff sentiment and a gold strip down the right hand side.
