I have followed a design by Monika Weclewska in an older Papercraft Essentials magazine.
I had to compromise and 'use what I have'
The background splotches are from a set by Paperbabe, the dragonflys are unnamed, and I also used a peeloff to finish off. The dragonfly panel was a scrap layered onto the piece cut from the end of the card base
