Ooh La La!!

The current Craftroom challenge is
 le Chic Francais
I have followed this theme by using 2 stamps from CHF - key elements,  and the Eiffel  tower is from a different set that I have lost the label from. The background paper is from a lilybee pad called victoria park, and then layered on to a black card base.

Polkadoodles   -  any die will do  (The blue circle is cut with a spellbinders circle die)
